achterspring
achterspring ("Aft spring") comprises 60 vacation condominiums in a three-story complex situated near the town marina in Hennigsdorf, Germany. Located near Berlin, the condos will offer views of the water from living rooms, covered terraces, and balconies. Boat mooring is an option at achterspring, with a number of designated moorings adjacent to the building.
Hennigsdorf traces its historical origins to a 14th century fishing village. The modern town has retained its bucolic setting and human-scaled living.
You will find Hennigsdorf along the Havel River, with the Oder-Havel Canal and the Havel Canal flowing through the town, less than an hour from Berlin and about two and half hours from Hamburg by automobile. The town is also conveniently accessible by train, bicycle, or watercraft.
Bike paths allow for scenic tours of the local countryside and region and provide environmentally friendly access to the center of Berlin, which is about 24 kilometers from the site of the holiday homes. Hennigsdorf is also the first stop from the German capital on the Berlin-Copenhagen Bicycle Route.
